Who are Expekt?

Being greeted with a map of Europe (with China squeezed in at the edge) and being asked to choose your language indicates that this is a cosmopolitan site and Expekt caters for 25 different languages. This can come in handy if you want to learn the Russian for 2/1 favourite or perhaps half-time / full-time in favour of Spartak Moscow.

Ease of use

The colour of the site may be a bit unusual but it is extremely easy to move around. There are numerous links to other sections making it easy to flit between different sections of the site and a large use of graphics and images helps users to see where they want to go. There is an extensive FAQ section for many of the sections and an email contact form which Expekt state will be processed within an hour. There is also a “First bet” video tutorial which members can watch to familiarise themselves with how to go about placing their bet on the Expekt website.

Markets

At the time of searching, there were 2,000 markets available to bet on, with the majority inevitably made up of football betting. There wasn’t anything out of the ordinary with the sports book but a lot of minor football leagues were covered and there was an extensive selection of bets available for the Olympic Games. The addition of “Hot Bets” which showed where most best were occurring that day was a good touch. There is the standard addition of Games, Bingo, Poker and Casino offerings to tempt you with Supertoto and Superscore giving further opportunities to win big for a low stake.

Opening offers

The Sportsbook offer a 100% free bet up to £25, Poker has a 100% offer up to $600 with an additional $1,000 welcome freeroll bet. The casino section has a 100% bonus up to 250 euros, with the bingo selection offering a 100% bonus up to 150 euros. It is standard for sites to offer additional welcome bonuses with every individual market they offer but there are a reasonable amount of bonuses being offered by Expekt.

Additional features

There is no too much in the way of extra features from Expekt but there are live scores, results a large statistics section and a calendar for upcoming sporting events. Bearing in mind they offer a site for so many different languages and countries, it will probably take time for Expekt to have a full range of services for all of their sites. In the meantime, it is certainly a quirky site that is worth taking a look at.
