Chelsea will seek to maintain their winning streak when they make the trip west to face a Swansea side who have lost their last two Premier League matches in a row.

Chelsea are still adapting to life under new coach Antonio Conte but have managed to grind out positive results and are already starting to look like title contenders.

The Blues seem to have put last season`s inexplicable fall from grace behind them and have got off to the perfect start bagging a maximum nine points from their first three games.

Francesco Guidolin earned a lot of credit for salvaging the Swans` season following his arrival at the start of the year, and his side got off to the perfect start this time round with a 1-0 win away to Burnley. Since then, they have slumped to defeats at home to Hull City (0-2) and away to Leicester City (2-1).
