Premier League preview and odds: West Bromwich Albion vs Middlesbrough
August 28 , 2016 13:30pm - The Hawthorns
Premier League
West Bromwich Albion will be hoping to make amends for last week`s home defeat to Everton when they welcome impressive newcomers Middlesbrough to the Hawthorns on Sunday lunchtime.
Erratic start for the Baggies
After finishing in a lowly 14th place last term, Baggies` fans will be hoping for some improvement this term. They got off to the perfect start by taking all three points from their visit to Crystal Palace (0-1) on the opening day. However, the joy was short lived as they fell 2-1 at home to Everton on match day two. This weekend, the Baggies are at home again, this time against Premier League new boys Middlesbrough.
Their opponents are enjoying their return to the top flight, having remained unbeaten in their two games so far. Boro kicked off their campaign with a nervy draw at home to established top-flight outfit Stoke City before bagging all three points away to northeast rivals Sunderland.
Uruguayan striker Christian Stuani scored a brace in that game and is likely to partner Alvaro Negredo up front with David Nugent once again left on the bench as Aitor Karanka looks to maintain his side`s unbeaten record.

Betting odds and tips
West Brom are looking as erratic as ever and it can be tough predicting just how they will perform from week to week. However, they have not won any of their last five Premier League home matches and are facing a newly-promoted side who are playing with real confidence.
