Go To bet365American singer and actor Elvis Aaron Presley (1935~1977) was the “King of Rock’n’Roll.” His music, movies and stage performances defined a generation and left a lasting legacy, which has now been enshrined in the International Game Technology slot game called “Elvis – A Little More Action.”
Fans of the King will immediately recognize the subtitle of the game as a line from one of his songs, “A Little Less Conversation.” It was originally released in 1968 in conjunction with one of Presley’s films entitled “Live a Little, Love a Little,” but it truly became a worldwide #1 hit when a remix version hit the air waves in 2002.
Elvis – A Little More Action features a 5-reel, 50-payline format. However, unlike standard reel configurations, this game comes with four positions on each reel, not the usual three. Credit denominations run from €0.01 up to €5.00. Using +/- toggles at the bottom of the screen allows the number of paylines to be set from 1 to 50 as well as the number of credits per line from 1 to 5. Clicking on Max Bet will maximize the wager and the maximum stake is €1,250.00.
Symbols appearing on the reels include the basic cards, Nines through Aces, which pay out multipliers of the line bet from 5X to 150X when three or more symbols match in a winning combination on an active payline. Illustrations of Elvis in four different poses are also featured on the reels, paying 25X to 500X for winning matches. The poses include Young Elvis strumming a guitar and wearing a Hawaiian lei, Singer Elvis in concert with a blue background, Actor Elvis with a car backed by checkered flag motif, and Singer Elvis wearing a Hawaiian lei in concert with a red background.
Elvis on stage with his name in lights on a Marquee is the wild symbol for this game. It substitutes for all symbols except the special Bonus Scatter symbol. Catching 3, 4 or 5 wild Marquees in sequence on an active pay line pays 50X, 250X or 1000X, respectively. And to add “a little more action” to each spin, some of the will Marquees are stacked so that as many as four may fill a reel for huge potential payouts.
Located on the middle three reels only are the Bonus Scatter symbols. Each one shows Elvis in front of a Gold Record. Whenever all three Bonus Scatter symbols appear simultaneously in any position, an award is made equal to double the total amount wagered. What’s more, the Action Free Spins Bonus is initiated, starting with five free spins.
During the Action Free Spins Bonus, players are entertained by the King sing his hit song, “A Little Less Conversation.” Additional Stacked Wilds appear on the reels, making the possibility of big wins much greater. Catching three more Bonus Scatter symbols at the same time during the Bonus mode will re-trigger the Bonus, again paying double the initiating bet and adding five more free spins. The Action Free Spins Bonus ends only when the number of remaining free spins reaches zero or the total number of free spins made equals 255.
The graphics applied to Elvis – A Little More Action do not involve much animation. For winning combinations the symbols flash and for truly big wins a fireworks display appears on the screen with appropriate sound effects. There are, however, no clips from Presley’s movies or concerts to watch.
